2  GEN 1:2  And the earth was without form and void, and darkness was upon the face of the deep; and the spirit of God was waving over the face of the waters.

52  GEN 2:21  And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon the man, and he slept; and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof.
54  GEN 2:23  And the man said, This time it is bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh; this shall be called Woman, [[Ishah,]] because out of Man [[Ishi]] was this one taken.
57  GEN 3:1  Now the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made; and he said unto the woman, Hath God indeed said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?
58  GEN 3:2  And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden;

70  GEN 3:14  And the Lord God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, be thou cursed above all the cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:
71  GEN 3:15  And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; he shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt wound his heel.
72  GEN 3:16  Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy pain and [the suffering of] thy conception; in pain shalt thou bring forth children; and for thy husband shall be thy desire, but he shall rule over thee.
73  GEN 3:17  And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it; cursed be the ground for thy sake; in pain shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life.
74  GEN 3:18  And thorns and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herbs of the field.
75  GEN 3:19  In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground, for out of it wast thou taken; for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.
76  GEN 3:20  And the man called his wife's name Eve [[Chavvah]]; because she was the mother of all living [[Chay]].
78  GEN 3:22  And the Lord God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil; and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever—
80  GEN 3:24  So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden the Cherubim, and the flaming sword which revolveth, to guard the way to the tree of life.
82  GEN 4:2  And she bore again, his brother, Abel; and Abel was a keeper of sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground.
84  GEN 4:4  And Abel—he also brought of the firstlings of his flock, and of the fattest thereof; and the Lord had respect unto Abel and to his offering;
85  GEN 4:5  But unto Cain and to his offering he had no respect; and it was very displeasing to Cain, and his countenance fell.
87  GEN 4:7  If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door; and unto thee is its desire, but thou canst rule over it.
89  GEN 4:9  And the Lord said unto Cain, Where is Abel they brother? and he said, I know not; am I my brother's keeper?
92  GEN 4:12  When thou tillest the ground, it shall not henceforth yield its strength unto thee; fugitive and vagabond shalt thou be on the earth.
94  GEN 4:14  Behold, thou hast driven me out this day from the face of the ground; and from thy face shall I be hid; and if I shall be a fugitive and a vagabond on the earth, it will come to pass, that every one that findeth me will slay me.
97  GEN 4:17  And Cain knew his wife, and she conceived, and bore Enoch; and he built a city, and called the name of the city after the name of his son Enoch.
98  GEN 4:18  And unto Enoch was born Irad; and Irad begat Mechujael: and Mechujael begat Methushael; and Methushael begat Lemech.
100  GEN 4:20  And Adah bore Jabal; he was the father of such as dwell in tents, and have cattle.
101  GEN 4:21  And his brother's name was Jubal; he was the father of all such as play on the harp and guitar.
102  GEN 4:22  And Zillah, she also bore Tubal-cain, an artificer in every article of copper and iron; and the sister of Tubal-cain was Naamah.
103  GEN 4:23  And Lemech said unto his wives, Adah and Zillah, hear my voice; ye wives of Lemech, hearken unto my speech; for I have slain a man to my own wounding, and a young-man to my hurt.
105  GEN 4:25  And Adam knew his wife again, and she bore a son, and called his name Sheth [[Seth]]; for God [said she] hath appointed me another seed instead of Abel, whom Cain slew.
106  GEN 4:26  And to Sheth, to him also there was born a son; and he called his name Enosh: then began men to call upon the name of the Lord.
108  GEN 5:2  Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam, on the day when they were created.
109  GEN 5:3  And Adam lived a hundred and thirty years, and begat a son in his likeness, after his image; and called his name Sheth.

133  GEN 5:27  And all the days of Methushelah were nine hundred sixty and nine years; and he died.
136  GEN 5:30  And Lemech lived after he had begotten Noah five hundred ninety and five years; and begat sons and daughters.
137  GEN 5:31  And all the days of Lemech were seven hundred seventy and seven years; and he died.
140  GEN 6:2  That the sons of God saw the daughters of men, that they were fair; and they took themselves wives of all whom they chose.
141  GEN 6:3  And the Lord said, My Spirit shall not always strive for the sake of man, for that he is but flesh; yet his days [of grace] shall be a hundred and twenty years.
142  GEN 6:4  The giants were on the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bore children to them; these became the mighty men, who were of old the men of renown.
145  GEN 6:7  And the Lord said, I will destroy the man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man and beast, and the creeping things and the fowls of the heaven; for it repenteth me that I have made them.
147  GEN 6:9  These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just, perfect man in his generation; Noah walked with God.
149  GEN 6:11  And the earth was corrupt before God; and the earth was filled with violence.
151  GEN 6:13  And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them, and I will destroy them with the earth.
154  GEN 6:16  A window shalt thou make to the ark, and thou shalt finish it above, to be one cubit broad, and the door of the ark shalt thou set in the side thereof; with lower, second, and third stories shalt thou make it.
155  GEN 6:17  And as regards myself, behold, I will bring a flood of waters upon the earth, to destroy all flesh, wherein is the breath of life, from under the heavens; every thing that is on the earth shall perish.
156  GEN 6:18  But I will establish my covenant with thee; and thou shalt come into the ark, thou, and thy sons, and thy wife, and thy sons' wives with thee.
159  GEN 6:21  And thou, for thy part, take unto thee of all food that is eaten, and thou shalt gather it to thee; and it shall be unto thee, and unto them for food.
160  GEN 6:22  Thus did Noah; according to all that God had commanded him, so he did.
161  GEN 7:1  And the Lord said unto Noah, Come thou and all thy household into the ark; for thee have I seen righteous before me in this generation.
162  GEN 7:2  Of every clean beast thou shalt take to thee seven pairs of each, the male and his female; and of beasts that are not clean two, the male and his female.
163  GEN 7:3  Also of the fowls of the heaven, seven pairs of each, the male and the female; to keep seed alive upon the face of all the earth.
173  GEN 7:13  On that self-same day entered Noah, and Shem, and Ham, and Japheth, the sons of Noah, and Noah's wife, and the three wives of his sons with them, into the ark;
177  GEN 7:17  And the flood was forty days upon the earth; and the waters increased, and bore up the ark, and it was lifted up above the earth.
178  GEN 7:18  And the waters prevailed, and increased greatly upon the earth; and the ark floated along upon the face of the waters.
179  GEN 7:19  And the waters prevailed exceedingly upon the earth; and all the high mountains that are under the whole heavens were covered.
180  GEN 7:20  Fifteen cubits above them did the waters prevail; and the mountains were [thus] covered.
183  GEN 7:23  And it swept off every living substance which was upon the face of the ground, both man, and cattle, and creeping things, and fowls of the heaven; and they were swept from the earth; and Noah only was left, together with those that were with him in the ark.
185  GEN 8:1  And God remembered Noah, and every living thing, and all the cattle that were with him in the ark: and God caused a wind to pass over the earth, and the waters were assuaged;
186  GEN 8:2  The fountains also of the deep, and the windows of heaven were stopped; and the rain from heaven was restrained.
187  GEN 8:3  And the waters returned from off the earth, gradually returning; and the waters were abated after the end of the hundred and fifty days.
189  GEN 8:5  And the waters decreased continually until the tenth month; in the tenth month, on the first day of the month, were the tops of the mountains seen;
190  GEN 8:6  And it came to pass at the end of forty days, that Noah opened the window of the ark which he had made;
193  GEN 8:9  But the dove found no resting-place for the sole of her foot, and she returned unto him unto the ark; for there was water on the face of the whole earth; then he put forth his hand, and took her, and brought her into the ark.
