51  GEN 2:20  And the man calleth names to all the cattle, and to fowl of the heavens, and to every beast of the field; and to man hath not been found an helper — as his counterpart.
52  GEN 2:21  And Jehovah God causeth a deep sleep to fall upon the man, and he sleepeth, and He taketh one of his ribs, and closeth up flesh in its stead.
55  GEN 2:24  therefore doth a man leave his father and his mother, and hath cleaved unto his wife, and they have become one flesh.
56  GEN 2:25  And they are both of them naked, the man and his wife, and they are not ashamed of themselves.
59  GEN 3:3  and of the fruit of the tree which [is] in the midst of the garden God hath said, Ye do not eat of it, nor touch it, lest ye die.'

66  GEN 3:10  and he saith, 'Thy sound I have heard in the garden, and I am afraid, for I am naked, and I hide myself.'
68  GEN 3:12  and the man saith, 'The woman whom Thou didst place with me — she hath given to me of the tree — and I do eat.'
69  GEN 3:13  And Jehovah God saith to the woman, 'What [is] this thou hast done?' and the woman saith, 'The serpent hath caused me to forget — and I do eat.'
71  GEN 3:15  and enmity I put between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; he doth bruise thee — the head, and thou dost bruise him — the heel.'
72  GEN 3:16  Unto the woman He said, 'Multiplying I multiply thy sorrow and thy conception, in sorrow dost thou bear children, and toward thy husband [is] thy desire, and he doth rule over thee.'
75  GEN 3:19  by the sweat of thy face thou dost eat bread till thy return unto the ground, for out of it hast thou been taken, for dust thou [art], and unto dust thou turnest back.'
76  GEN 3:20  And the man calleth his wife's name Eve: for she hath been mother of all living.
77  GEN 3:21  And Jehovah God doth make to the man and to his wife coats of skin, and doth clothe them.

135  GEN 5:29  and calleth his name Noah, saying, 'This [one] doth comfort us concerning our work, and concerning the labour of our hands, because of the ground which Jehovah hath cursed.'
136  GEN 5:30  And Lamech liveth after his begetting Noah five hundred and ninety and five years, and begetteth sons and daughters.
137  GEN 5:31  And all the days of Lamech are seven hundred and seventy and seven years, and he dieth.
138  GEN 5:32  And Noah is a son of five hundred years, and Noah begetteth Shem, Ham, and Japheth.
140  GEN 6:2  and sons of God see the daughters of men that they [are] fair, and they take to themselves women of all whom they have chosen.
141  GEN 6:3  And Jehovah saith, 'My Spirit doth not strive in man — to the age; in their erring they [are] flesh:' and his days have been an hundred and twenty years.
142  GEN 6:4  The fallen ones were in the earth in those days, and even afterwards when sons of God come in unto daughters of men, and they have borne to them — they [are] the heroes, who, from of old, [are] the men of name.
144  GEN 6:6  and Jehovah repenteth that He hath made man in the earth, and He grieveth Himself — unto His heart.
145  GEN 6:7  And Jehovah saith, 'I wipe away man whom I have prepared from off the face of the ground, from man unto beast, unto creeping thing, and unto fowl of the heavens, for I have repented that I have made them.'
146  GEN 6:8  And Noah found grace in the eyes of Jehovah.
147  GEN 6:9  These [are] births of Noah: Noah [is] a righteous man; perfect he hath been among his generations; with God hath Noah walked habitually.
