4  GEN 1:4  And God saw the light that it was good; and God divided between the light and the darkness.
7  GEN 1:7  And God made the expanse, and divided between the waters that are under the expanse and the waters that are above the expanse; and it was so.
14  GEN 1:14  And God said, Let there be lights in the expanse of the heavens, to divide between the day and the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days and years;

40  GEN 2:9  And out of the ground Jehovah Elohim made every tree grow that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; and the tree of life, in the midst of the garden, and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.
41  GEN 2:10  And a river went out of Eden, to water the garden; and from thence it was parted, and became four main streams.
43  GEN 2:12  And the gold of that land is good; bdellium and the onyx stone are there.
47  GEN 2:16  And Jehovah Elohim commanded Man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou shalt freely eat;
48  GEN 2:17  but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it; for in the day that thou eatest of it thou shalt certainly die.
49  GEN 2:18  And Jehovah Elohim said, It is not good that Man should be alone; I will make him a helpmate, his like.
50  GEN 2:19  And out of the ground Jehovah Elohim had formed every animal of the field and all fowl of the heavens, and brought [them] to Man, to see what he would call them; and whatever Man called each living soul, that was its name.
51  GEN 2:20  And Man gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the heavens, and to every beast of the field; but as for Adam, he found no helpmate, his like.
52  GEN 2:21  And Jehovah Elohim caused a deep sleep to fall upon Man; and he slept. And he took one of his ribs and closed up flesh in its stead.
53  GEN 2:22  And Jehovah Elohim built the rib that he had taken from Man into a woman; and brought her to Man.
55  GEN 2:24  Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and cleave to his wife; and they shall become one flesh.
58  GEN 3:2  And the woman said to the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden;
60  GEN 3:4  And the serpent said to the woman, Ye will not certainly die;
62  GEN 3:6  And the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was a pleasure for the eyes, and the tree was to be desired to give intelligence; and she took of its fruit, and ate, and gave also to her husband with her, and he ate.
66  GEN 3:10  And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I feared, because I am naked; and I hid myself.
71  GEN 3:15  And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; he shall crush thy head, and thou shalt crush his heel.
72  GEN 3:16  To the woman he said, I will greatly increase thy travail and thy pregnancy; with pain thou shalt bear children; and to thy husband shall be thy desire, and he shall rule over thee.
73  GEN 3:17  And to Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened to the voice of thy wife, and eaten of the tree of which I commanded thee saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed be the ground on thy account; with toil shalt thou eat [of] it all the days of thy life;
74  GEN 3:18  and thorns and thistles shall it yield thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field.
75  GEN 3:19  In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, until thou return to the ground: for out of it wast thou taken. For dust thou art; and unto dust shalt thou return.
76  GEN 3:20  And Man called his wife's name Eve; because she is the mother of all living.
80  GEN 3:24  And he drove out Man; and he set the Cherubim, and the flame of the flashing sword, toward the east of the garden of Eden, to guard the way to the tree of life.
81  GEN 4:1  And Man knew Eve his wife; and she conceived, and bore Cain, and said, I have acquired a man with Jehovah.
84  GEN 4:4  And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock, and of their fat. And Jehovah looked upon Abel, and on his offering;
87  GEN 4:7  If thou doest well, will not [thy countenance] look up [with confidence]? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door; and unto thee [shall be] his desire, and thou shalt rule over him.
92  GEN 4:12  When thou tillest the ground, it shall not henceforth yield thee its strength; a wanderer and fugitive shalt thou be on the earth.
94  GEN 4:14  Behold, thou hast driven me this day from the face of the ground, and from thy face shall I be hid; and I shall be a wanderer and fugitive on the earth; and it will come to pass, [that] every one who finds me will slay me.
97  GEN 4:17  And Cain knew his wife, and she conceived and bore Enoch. And he built a city; and he called the name of the city after the name of his son Enoch.
98  GEN 4:18  And to Enoch was born Irad; and Irad begot Mehujael; and Mehujael begot Methushael; and Methushael begot Lemech.
104  GEN 4:24  If Cain shall be avenged seven-fold; Lemech seventy and seven fold.
106  GEN 4:26  And to Seth, to him also was born a son; and he called his name Enosh. Then people began to call on the name of Jehovah.

130  GEN 5:24  And Enoch walked with God; and he was not, for God took him.

145  GEN 6:7  And Jehovah said, I will destroy Man, whom I have created, from the earth — from man to cattle, to creeping things, and to fowl of the heavens; for I repent that I have made them.
150  GEN 6:12  And God looked upon the earth, and behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted its way on the earth.
151  GEN 6:13  And God said to Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me, for the earth is full of violence through them; and behold, I will destroy them with the earth.
152  GEN 6:14  Make thyself an ark of gopher wood: [with] cells shalt thou make the ark; and pitch it inside and outside with pitch.
154  GEN 6:16  A light shalt thou make to the ark; and to a cubit high shalt thou finish it above. And the door of the ark shalt thou set in its side: [with] a lower, second, and third [story] shalt thou make it.
156  GEN 6:18  But with thee will I establish my covenant; and thou shalt go into the ark, thou, and thy sons, and thy wife, and thy sons' wives with thee.
160  GEN 6:22  And Noah did it; according to all that God had commanded him, so did he.
161  GEN 7:1  And Jehovah said to Noah, Go into the ark, thou and all thy house; for thee have I seen righteous before me in this generation.
162  GEN 7:2  Of all clean beasts thou shalt take to thee by sevens, a male and its female; but of the beasts that are not clean two, a male and its female.
163  GEN 7:3  Also of the fowl of the heavens by sevens, male and female; to keep seed alive on the face of all the earth.
164  GEN 7:4  For in yet seven days I will cause it to rain on the earth forty days and forty nights; and every living being which I have made will I destroy from the ground.
173  GEN 7:13  On the same day went Noah, and Shem and Ham and Japheth, the sons of Noah, and Noah's wife, and the three wives of his sons with them, into the ark;

185  GEN 8:1  And God remembered Noah, and all the animals, and all the cattle that were with him in the ark; and God made a wind to pass over the earth, and the waters subsided.
187  GEN 8:3  And the waters retired from the earth, continually retiring; and in the course of a hundred and fifty days the waters abated.
193  GEN 8:9  But the dove found no resting-place for the sole of her foot, and returned to him into the ark; for the waters were on the whole earth; and he put forth his hand, and took her, and brought her to him into the ark.
195  GEN 8:11  And the dove came to him at eventide; and behold, in her beak was an olive-leaf plucked off; and Noah knew that the waters had become low on the earth.
196  GEN 8:12  And he waited yet other seven days, and sent forth the dove; but she returned no more to him.
204  GEN 8:20  And Noah built an altar to Jehovah; and took of every clean animal, and of all clean fowl, and offered up burnt-offerings on the altar.
205  GEN 8:21  And Jehovah smelled the sweet odour. And Jehovah said in his heart, I will no more henceforth curse the ground on account of Man, for the thought of Man's heart is evil from his youth; and I will no more smite every living thing, as I have done.
208  GEN 9:2  And let the fear of you and the dread of you be upon every animal of the earth, and upon all fowl of the heavens: upon all that moveth [on] the ground; and upon all the fishes of the sea: into your hand are they delivered.
212  GEN 9:6  Whoso sheddeth Man's blood, by Man shall his blood be shed; for in the image of God he hath made Man.
215  GEN 9:9  And I, behold, I establish my covenant with you, and with your seed after you;
221  GEN 9:15  and I will remember my covenant which is between me and you and every living soul of all flesh; and the waters shall not henceforth become a flood to destroy all flesh.
222  GEN 9:16  And the bow shall be in the cloud; and I will look upon it, that I may remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living soul of all flesh that is upon the earth.
225  GEN 9:19  These three are the sons of Noah; and from these was [the population of] the whole earth spread abroad.
231  GEN 9:25  And he said, Cursed be Canaan; Let him be a bondman of bondmen to his brethren.
235  GEN 9:29  And all the days of Noah were nine hundred and fifty years; and he died.
236  GEN 10:1  And these are the generations of the sons of Noah: Shem, Ham, and Japheth; and to them were sons born after the flood.
244  GEN 10:9  He was a mighty hunter before Jehovah; therefore it is said, As Nimrod, the mighty hunter before Jehovah!
254  GEN 10:19  And the border of the Canaanite was from Sidon, as one goes to Gerar, up to Gazah; as one goes to Sodom, and Gomorrah, and Admah, and Zeboim, up to Lesha.
256  GEN 10:21  And to Shem — to him also were [sons] born; he is the father of all the sons of Eber, the brother of Japheth the elder.
259  GEN 10:24  — And Arphaxad begot Shelah; and Shelah begot Eber.
260  GEN 10:25  And to Eber were born two sons: the name of the one was Peleg, for in his days was the earth divided; and his brother's name was Joktan.
271  GEN 11:4  And they said, Come on, let us build ourselves a city and a tower, the top of which [may reach] to the heavens; and let us make ourselves a name, lest we be scattered over the face of the whole earth.
273  GEN 11:6  And Jehovah said, Behold, the people is one, and have all one language; and this have they begun to do. And now will they be hindered in nothing that they meditate doing.
276  GEN 11:9  Therefore was its name called Babel; because Jehovah there confounded the language of the whole earth. And Jehovah scattered them thence over the face of the whole earth.
294  GEN 11:27  And these are the generations of Terah: Terah begot Abram, Nahor, and Haran; and Haran begot Lot.
296  GEN 11:29  And Abram and Nahor took wives: the name of Abram's wife was Sarai; and the name of Nahor's wife, Milcah, a daughter of Haran, the father of Milcah and the father of Iscah.
298  GEN 11:31  And Terah took Abram his son, and Lot the son of Haran his son's son, and Sarai his daughter-in-law, his son Abram's wife; and they went forth together out of Ur of the Chaldeans, to go into the land of Canaan, and came as far as Haran, and dwelt there.
299  GEN 11:32  And the days of Terah were two hundred and five years; and Terah died in Haran.
301  GEN 12:2  And I will make of thee a great nation, and bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing.
